Paul Rodgerson & Co. was established 40 years ago by Mr Paul Verner Rodgerson MRICS. Mr Rodgerson's previous experience included a sound professional base with the District Valuers and Valuation offices in Moorgate, City of London, and Islington Borough Valuer's Department, followed by several years in the County Land Agents and Valuers' Department, Shire Hall, Gloucester, and the County Estates Department, Oxfordshire, based in Oxford.

Mr Rodgerson was subsequently appointed an Area Surveyor for the former Nationwide Building Society, covering Leicestershire and Derbyshire, before eventually setting up his own practice, at the age of 28.

Mr Rodgerson has personally renovated many properties, built a classical style house and supervised other residential developments. Paul Rodgerson & Co specialises in "Home Buyer Surveys" in the Derbyshire Dales and Peak District.
