Paul Rodgerson & Co. was established 35 years ago by Mr Paul Verner Rodgerson MRICS.  Mr Rodgerson's previous experience includes a sound professional base with District Valuers and Valuation offices in Moorgate, in the city of London, and Islington Borough, followed by several years in the County Land Agents and Valuers' Department, Shire Hall, Gloucester, and the County Estates Department, Oxford. 

Mr Rodgerson was subsequently appointed an Area Surveyor for the former Nationwide Building Society, covering Leicestershire and Derbyshire, before eventually setting up his own practice, at the age of 28.

Paul Rodgerson & Co. specialises mainly in the sale of residential properties in the Derbyshire Dales and Peak District in conjunction with the undertaking of Homebuyers' Surveys, and general survey and valuation matters connected with a rural, general practice.
